Since 1985, Gourmet Patisserie has been devoted to the art of fine desserts, combining timeless techniques with a contemporary touch. Led by celebrated French pastry chef Yvon Coignard since 2005, our patisserie stands for craftsmanship, quality, and quiet elegance.
In 2025, Mauro Di Lieto joined the team, bringing with him a wealth of experience from The Landmark London, JW Marriott Venice, and two Michelin-starred establishments. A winner of Bake Off: The Professionals in 2023, Mauro now works with Yvon to craft exceptional desserts in close collaboration with our discerning clientele.
With daily deliveries from Surrey to London and beyond, we offer exquisite patisserie that caters to a variety of dietary needs—always fresh, always tailored, always extraordinary.
